For Kelley, strategies and plans for clients are like the gardens for which she lovingly cares. You need to pay attention to them. Move things around sometimes. And then…be confident enough to whack away at whatever is not working. It’s an outlook that comes from years of experience collaborating with everyone from C-suite executives at Fortune 100 companies, to startups, and neighborhood pro-bono groups as well. She specializes in helping scale organizations, creating insightful strategies, and implementing the efforts on a global scale. Being real, refreshingly honest, and empathetic is a key part of her makeup. She’ll be the first to say that everyone makes mistakes and since you spend a lot of time at work, you should like what you do. Able to calm down the drama in companies, she enjoys a bit more excitement in her personal life, training for triathlons and traveling all over the world. Not to mention spending quality time with her daughter in Los Angeles and her son in New York.
