The work sessions happen on time. Communication with clients is clear. No question is left unanswered. Things just keep moving. How does it all happen? We have a good idea, and it looks remarkably like Jennifer. Working behind the scenes, she does all the administration and coordination so our consultants can do what they do best: focus on their clients. She’s as adept at juggling multiple tasks as she is at encouraging those she supports. Which on weekends may be her kids at the top of a black diamond ski run or on that last long mile of a backpacking trip.
