Anne Lipsitz

Anne is a strategic advisor and executive coach with a proven track record of driving growth and transformation across startups, Fortune 100 companies, as well as in the non-profit and public sectors. Drawing on over 25 years of leadership experience, she works closely with CEOs, executive teams and Boards, to develop and implement strategic plans, build strong leadership teams, and accelerate business. When it comes to leaders, she also knows that no two are alike, recognizing each individual’s unique strengths and potential to become a stronger and more effective leader. Previously, Anne held leadership roles at NIKE, where she led global brand strategy, spearheaded category expansion initiatives, and managed multi-billion-dollar demand creation efforts. She also pioneered Nike’s first global marketing training and executive leadership development programs, shaping future leaders within the organization. Anne holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, an MEd in Educational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Sociology and Education from Barnard College. A committed board member, Anne serves on the boards of goumi, Oregon Entrepreneur Network, and Open School, leveraging her expertise to support mission-driven organizations. Whenever she can, Anne spends exploring the PNW outdoors, learning new crafts and enjoying special moments with family and friends.
