With over a decade of leadership experience at a leading healthcare provider as well as product management and business consulting experience in the technology industry, she knows that the key to keeping companies healthy is to observe first and ask a lot of questions. Taking a servant leadership role throughout it all, she learns how teams are structured, gauges their current state, and inquires about their future plans. Then, using a practical approach, she works with them to put a concrete plan in place to reach their goals – even through adversity. Never was this put more to the test than when she led the effort to transition more than 10,000 medical professionals to care for patients virtually during the pandemic. Problem solving is in Amy’s DNA – as is a love for the outdoors. As a 5th generation Oregonian she cares for her neighbors, including the finned kind, by serving as Board President of Salmon-Safe.
