With over a decade of leadership experience at a leading healthcare provider as well as years of product management and business consulting experience in the technology industry, she knows that the key to keeping companies and the leaders within them healthy is to observe and ask a lot of questions. Using a practical, straightforward approach, she listens for what's getting in the way, partners with her clients to identify options and then helps them put a concrete plan in place to reach their goals – even through adversity. Never was this put more to the test than when she led the effort to transition more than 20,000 medical professionals to care for patients virtually during the pandemic. Problem solving is in Amy’s DNA – as is a love for the outdoors. As a 5th generation Oregonian she cares for her neighbors, including the finned kind, by serving on the Board of Salmon-Safe.
