Kelley is passionate about bringing clarity to organizations, teams, and individuals. Over twenty years ago she leapt off of the corporate ladder to bring her skills to clients around the world. Kelley has the ability to cut through the drama and politics that are a natural part of every business and help her clients get to the core of their organizational issues. She has practical solutions and strategies to address and resolve the internal problems that can undermine the success of an organization. Kelley has designed and facilitated professional interventions for a variety of clientele ranging from small family businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Her experience includes serving as the chief talent officer on the executive team of a $172 million dollar company, coaching front line managers and CEO’s, developing management curriculum for over 25 different organizations, and designing and leading the change management process for a worldwide ERP implementation in Asia. Kelley holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in human resource development from the University of California, Davis. She also has a minor in psychology, which she received at the University of Lund in Sweden.
Anne is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of effective partnerships with Public, Non-profit and Private Sector organizations. She has spent nearly 20 years inside organizations, leading teams, and partnering with senior leaders to lead business and organizational change efforts. Since 2012, Anne has worked independently, consulting to organizations of various sizes. Her work ranges from Strategic Planning, to Organizational Development, and Brand & Business Strategy. Clients include start ups, educational organizations, as well as Fortune 500 companies. This work has taken her to nearly every continent, working in depth with multicultural teams. Anne specializes in Executive Leadership coaching, and believes in every leader’s unique power to build organizations and strengthen team results for the long term. Her approach is to partner, to give every client the breadth of her experience with leadership and organizational frameworks/approaches that are most successful. It’s important to her to recognize that every organization is unique, and should be seen as such. Anne holds a BA in Sociology from Barnard College, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Columbia University’s Teachers College, and an MBA from Yale University.

Whip smart, amazing attention to detail and last but not least you will quickly learn she has a fantastic sense of humor. Monika is our go-to person for policy creation and maintenance, compensation and salary administration, employee relations, position description revisions and creation and FLSA review, leaves of absence, and performance evaluations.
Monika connects with clients in a personal way and removes the unfortunate stigma that Human Resources sometimes receives, providing a professional yet supportive and fun way to do business. Her focus is to be an advocate for the business as well as the employees who allow the business to run. She has single handedly created the Human Resources Department infrastructure for a client, auditing and bringing the office and facility to a compliant status regarding personnel files, and various health requirements for staff with no direction from the leadership of the company. Yes, she knows how to work independently and has a “get it done” attitude that clients appreciate and value.
Monika has worked with for profit and non-profit clients in every field from Assisted Living, Experience Design Firms, large Professional Associations, Office and Workstation Furniture to small entrepreneurial start-ups. Monika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
Tammy has more than 10 years in the human resource field and has provided HR leadership at Charles Schwab and Vision Service Plan. While working in fast paced, large corporate human resource organizations, Tammy developed her expertise in coaching and counseling leaders and employees and moving them towards problem resolution. She has managed team and leadership interventions and designed and facilitated supporting programs. Tammy is effective in balancing business needs with company policies and procedures and employment law to manage complex people related issues. Tammy holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon.

Jennifer is a true Oregonian, born and raised in the Portland area. Jennifer embodies the exceptional customer service ethos that Clarity Consulting Group strives to deliver. She is the consummate professional, consistently unflappable in the face of the long hours, last minute changes, and demanding needs of the clients and team she supports. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Business from the University of Oregon . It was our lucky day when Jennifer joined us to give Kelley and the team their nights, weekends and sanity back and to allow her the flexibility to spend more time with her number one priority – her husband and 3 kids. Jennifer brings organization and enthusiasm to her projects and is delighted to support Clarity Consulting’s clients by providing a wide range of administrative and coordination services.
